Established in 1995 as a small vinyl sign shop, CCS has expanded over the years due to our customers demands. We are now a full service sign company offering consultation, design, fabrication, installation and maintenance throughout the United States.
We are consistently revising our procedures and implementing new ones to keep up with the ever changing world. Technology advances as quick as the second hand of a watch and being able to keep up and adapt as needed is a very necessary part of our growth. Developing based on our customer’s needs allows us to stay in touch with the market and position ourselves as an industry leader.

Capital City Signs offers a standard warranty on all permanent signs for 1year. The warranty states that the sign will be fabricated and if installed in a workmanlike manner, free of any damage or defects. The warranty covers Parts and Labor to the correct problem.
Electric signs carry a 1year warranty on all electric component and parts, Fluorescent lamps and neon not included. Any additional vendor supplied components warranties will be passed on to end user.
Temporary signs do not have a standard warranty and are looked at case by case. This would include promotional signs, banners, coro signs, flags and any other non-permanent signs.
It is the owner’s / end users responsibility to inform CCS in writing within the warranty period if there are any warranty issues to be addressed.
Warranty does not cover vandalism, acts of god, or any other forces acted upon the sign.
CCS makes charitable donations to qualifying organizations throughout the United States. All donations monetary, voluntary and labor related

The initial request should be submitted in writing on the company / organization’s letterhead. In the letter you should describe all the details concerning the donation being provided, persons that may need assistance and or, the planned use of the product. Please provide the date of the event and a non P.O. BOX address to which the donation could be shipped.
All letters will be carefully reviewed and processed or submitted to the Capital City Signs Board of Directors for discussion. Requesters will be notified by mail of the decision.
Donation decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
CCS reserves the right to decide which product will be donated and in what quantities.
