Many clients are unaware that most municipalities require a permit for any permanent signs located on their property. Being licensed contractors we will verify with the governing jurisdiction and advise you of the situation. If your sign requires permits we will file all the necessary plans and secure the permit for the project.
CCS can perform those necessary surveys needed to analyze your project. We will provide you with all the information from digital pictures to elevation drawings. We will check with the local municipality on special planning corridors, easements and encroachments. Everything you need to confidently evaluate your project.

Every sign is manufactured in our shop ensuring that the final result is exactly what you ordered. Our shop is UL Listed (Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.) and all electrical signs indoor and out will carry the UL sticker. We use the latest technology like CNC routing to guarantee accuracy and consistency in all the signs we produce. We stand behind our quality with a warranty on everything that goes out the door.
